AquaCat Polymer
New from Aqualon
The Aqualon division of Hercules, Wil-mington, DE, launched Aqua Cat CG518, a substantive, cationic guar-based conditioning polymer for hair and skin applications. Executives said Aqua Cat CG518 enables the creation of crystal-clear formulations in anionic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactant blends. It is compatible with other ingredients, easy to handle, softens skin and does not cause hair buildup. Detangling and dry combing performance are also enhanced. It is offered in a 10% solids form.
