MGP Ingredients Launches

November 14, 2005

Omni-Smooth, a new alcohol-soluble, wheat-derived protein from MGP Ingredients, Atchison, KS, has excellent skin-tightening and film-forming properties. It can be used in skin care products such as anti-wrinkle creams, lotions and facial masks and provides skin tightening up to 18 hours after application. Omni-Smooth is provided in a convenient powder form. Also new is Foam Pro L, a mild hydrolyzed wheat protein foam booster and conditioner for hair and skin products. Executives said Foam Pro L can enhance and stabilize foam while reducing detergent levels, as well as strengthen hair. More info: (800) 255-0302; Fax: (913) 367-0192; Website: www.mgpingredients.com.
