l Norman Fox & Co., City of Commerce, CA, announced its skin humectant Norfox MH deoxyglutamyl fructose has re-ceived TSCA approval for industries other than personal care. It can be used in liquid dishwashing formulas due to its ability to absorb and bind with the stratum corneum to inhibit transepidermal water loss.
