CTFA Revises and Updates Dictionary

The Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association (CTFA) has published its newly revised and updated 10th edition of the International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary and Handbook and the 2004 Scientific/Regulatory Reference CD-ROM.
The book and CD provide the most up-to-date regulatory information and most comprehensive listing of ingredients used in cosmetic and personal care products, according to association executives.
