Jarchem Introduces New Jarcol I-13

Jarchem Industries, Newark, NJ, intro- duced Jarcol I-13 isotridecyl alcohol. Jarcol I-13 is different from other tridecyl alcohols due to its low odor and 99% or higher purity, according to Jarchem executives. The virtual purity of Jarcol I-13 enhances its free alcohol, PEG content, melting point and wetting times. It is also biodegradable and has acceptable aquatic toxicity levels.
