Ampacet Launches 2006 Bottle Colors

Ampacet Inc., Tarrytown, NY, introduced four primal and “attitudinal” categories of colored plastic bottles for 2006: Nouveaux Luxe (jeweled tones and unrestricted luxury) such as Bemused Blue; Global Reality (colors of Russian heritage) such as Baroque-N-Burgundy; Societal Vibrations (young-er vibrant colors) such as Shockqua and Tech Topia (high sheen modernity yet organic) such as Crystalline Carat. “We followed the theory that the emotions of society and economic conditions profoundly affect the colors in our daily lives,” explained Linda Carroll, market development manager, Ampacet.
