Symrise Introduces New Active Ingredient

Hamburg, Germany-based Symrise introduces Symdiol 68, a diol blend that is stable and fully compatible with all cosmetic ingredients and can be used in a wide range of cosmetic products like skin and hair care, sun care and wet wipes at usage levels between 0.5% and 2%. According to company executives, studies have shown that Symdiol 68 offers additional broad-spectrum antimicrobial properties at low usage concentrations.
