Sun Chemical Expands Sunshine Effect Pigment Line

Sun Chemical Performance Pigments, The Netherlands, added several new products to its Sunshine color effect pigment line. The new pigments possess higher chroma, color purity and brightness that outshine traditional effect pigments, according to company executives. The high glint and luster result from the combination of absorption pigments such as carmine, ferric ferrocyanide and red iron oxide that are deposited on interference synthetic fluorphlogopite. The pigments’ consistent particle size distribution, interference-absorption stability and unique surface smoothness further highlight the color effects. More info: Website: www.sunchemical.com
