DTIC Introduces Meter-Mix Dispensing System
l South Lancaster, MA-based DTIC Dispensing Technologies introduced a powerful, fully automated meter-mix dispensing system for highly abrasive and viscous materials (>1 million CPS). The EZ-mix VR Variable Ratio Meter-Mix Dispense System boasts a 28cm width by a 36cm depth footprint.
The system features four piston pumps that can each achieve pressures more than 140kn/cm2 and provide a continuous, seamless flow of material from any size reservoir. Each pump has a stainless steel piston, and UHMW or Teflon valve seals (depending on the application) to allow the system to dispense harsh materials.
Also designed to dispense a continuous, uniform bead with 0.1ml accuracy, the EZ-mix Variable Ration Meter-Mix Dispense System eliminates interruption from refilling. Each piston pump is controlled by its own stepper motor and encoder to provide positive displacement, closed-loop dispensing and the desired mix ratio. More
