Bare Bones Drum Filler Fills Four In Four

Specialty Equipment, Houston, TX desig- ned a new palletized drum filler to fill four drums in four minutes. The new Bare Bones drum filler is ideal for low-volume or batching operations that fill four 55-gallon drums sequentially to be stored or shipped on pallets. All-welded structural steel and a digital weight meter with easy-to-read display adorn the Bare Bones drum filler with a 5,000-pound capacity scale base and four NTEP-approved load cells, a NEMA-12 enclosure, microprocessor controller and an RS-232 port for optional data acquisition and printer connection.

Additional standard equipment includes an encoder, air drive, drip pan, wiper ring, data logging and software enhancements.
