Symrise Launches SymMollient

Seeking a new, water-soluble emollient with sensory properties that soothe dry skin? Symrise has recently expanded its range of functionals through the addition of a hydrophilic emollient known as SymMollient W/S.

The use of hair and skin cleansers causes defatting and dehydration of the skin, a situation evidenced by dry and increasingly rough skin. To combat these effects, Symrise has developed SymMollient W/S, which improves the suppleness of the skin by restoring its lipid content, regulates the moisture content of the skin and improves the skin tolerance of surfactants.
