FFI's Online Certification Program Enters Fourth Year

The Fragrance Foundation’s Certified Fragrance Sales Specialist (C.F.S.S.) program is 12 years old and available online for the fourth year. The C.F.S.S. program was created to establish the professionalism of fragrance selling. To qualify for the exam, a sales specialist is required to have worked in fragrance sales for at least one year and must receive a recommendation to work toward certification from a supervisor or vendor. The examination is available online between Jan. 15 and March 1.
