Retail Forward Predicts Surge in Holiday Sales

December 2, 2005

The ShopperScape report by Retail Forward reports that online retailers can look forward to strong online sales and traffic again this holiday season.
Retailers that can effectively reduce or eliminate the frustrations of the online shopping experience on their sites will experience even stronger results as they keep their customers shopping and coming back for more.
The report was based on a national Internet survey of 1,029 adults conducted Aug. 25 to Sept. 1, 2005. More info: www.retailforward.com/freecontent/pressreleases/111005.asp; Katherine R. Clarke; (614) 355-4009; E-mail: kclarke@retailforward.com.
