Cognis Joins The Chemidex Cybrary

December 9, 2005

Cognis Care Chemicals has added its products to the Chemidex Cybrary. Cognis customers now have access to a valuable new resource with comprehensive information and technical data about Cognis products.
Using the Chemidex Cybrary, customers can follow the latest developments in the company’s product offering, search the company’s range of products and formulation concepts and access complete technical product information. The Laboratoires Serobiologiques, Primacare, Botanicals, Skin Care and HBO lines are all represented. The system allows users to access advice on formulations and marketing literature relating to these products and concepts using either full-text searches for specific words or phrases or searches based on criteria such as manufacturer, product name or physical properties. The site also includes a facility for ordering product samples and contacting Cognis product experts.
In an unrelated announcement, Chem- idex said it has updated its Cybrary, which now allows the user to perform detailed queries using any search in any order. Users can search through raw materials, formulations, articles and brochures; receive multiple samples in one request and communicate directly with the key sales and technical contacts at a selected supplier.
