The Soap and Detergent Association (SDA) has unveiled a new webpage communicating the sustainable development activities of its member companies. Sustainable development in the cleaning product and oleochemical industries includes stewardship of products and other activities related to the development and marketing of products that are environmentally responsible and safe to use.
“SDA Sustainability Central will feature links to updated sustainable development and stewardship reports and documents issued by SDA’s member companies,” said Ernie Rosenberg, SDA president and chief executive officer. “The webpage is an outgrowth of SDA’s principles for sustainable development, which support the industry’s contributions to enhance health and the quality of life through cleaning products and practices,” Mr. Rosenberg added.
Sustainability Central will be updated continuously as member companies add new materials and reports to their own websites. More info: Brian Sansoni: (202) 662.2517; bsansoni@cleaning101.com; www.cleaning101.com/sustainability.
