Procedure:
Slowly sprinkle Stabileze QM into water of phase A with mixing. Once Stabileze is completely dispersed, heat and maintain at 80°C for approximately 45 minutes with mixing. Add disodium EDTA and glycerin to phase A with mixing. Combine ingredients in phase B and heat to 75-80°C with mixing. Add phase C to phase A; mix for five minutes. Add phase B to phase A/C; mix until homogeneous. Cool to 45°C, then add in phase D with mixing. Q.S. for water loss.

Properties:
pH: 5.50; viscosity: 17,600 cps (Brookfield model RVT, TB @ 5rpm)

Procedure:
Blend ingredients of phase A to uniformity using moderate propeller agitation, while heating to 70°C. Add phase B to phase A and blend until uniform. Heat water of phase C to 60°C and dissolve Quatrisoft. Slowly add Tauranol I-78 once Quatrisoft has completely dissolved. Slowly add phase C to phase AB, blend until uniform and cool to 50°C. Add preservative of phase D (and add fragrance and dye if required) to phase ABC with moderate propeller agitation. Cool mixture to room temperature.

pH of finished shampoo: 6.5-7.0

Procedure:
Charge vessel with water. Pre-blend Silsoft A-553 with Standapol ES-2, mix until uniform and add into the vessel. Add remaining ingredients, one at a time, under agitation. Adjust pH to 5.5-6.0 with citric acid. Continue stirring until product is homogeneous. Fill off.

Procedure:
