Procedure:
Combine phase B (pigment and talc) and mill for 3x15 seconds at high speed in Osterizer. Tare finishing beaker and add phase C. Begin homogenizing at low speed, avoiding aeration. Heat to 75°C. Add phase B while homogenizing on low speed and cover beaker. Add phase D and heat to 90°C maintaining temperature for 15 minutes. Cool to 75-80°C and add Phase E. While homogenous, check beaker weight and add water to 20 grams over 1kg batch. Bring temperature of water phase back up to 75-77°C. In seperate beaker, combine phase A and begin stirring. Heat to 75-77°C. Add phase A to finishing beaker and maintain temperature for 15 minutes. Remove heat, then allow to air cool to 55°C with gentle homogenization. Check weight—should be about 10 grams. Cool to 45°C with gently homogenizing and then add Phase F. Cool to 30°C, using ice water bath. Adjust pH to 7.5+ 0.5 with 10% potassium hydroxide solution.

Procedure:
Add the Bentone Gel, Jeesilc PS-PT-LV, Indopol H-100, Jeesilc 74 and Jeesilc DMC-141 and heat to 65-70°C. Mix with prop agitation. Premix the Jeechem FS-103 and water and add to the batch. Add in the BTD-11S2, 30% Red #7 in Jeesilc PS-VHLV, Ganzpearl GPA-550, D&C Red #7 in castor oil, Blue Covapate and Noir Covapate and begin homogenizing agitation. Mix until smooth and uniform. Cool to 50°C add in the Jeesilc CPS-312 and mix with prop agitation. Cool to RT.

Procedure:
In a suitable vessel, dissolve EDTA in deionized water. Add ingredients 3-7 to the batch slowly, one at a time, with mixing. Mix batch slowly at about 200 rpm while heating to 70°C. Mix until uniform. When batch is uniform and at 70°C, add Glucamate LT Thickener and mix at 400 rpm for 5-10 minutes. Reduce mixing speed to 200 rpm and allow batch to cool. Add ingredient 9 when temperature reaches 40°C. Adjust pH with citric acid to 5.8-6.2. Adjust final viscosity with sodium chloride if necessary.
