Procedure:
Premix Structure XL starch in water, let it stir until the solution is homogenous. Add the aluminum chlorohydrate to Phase A, heat the mixture up to 65°C. Premix Phase B and heat up to 65°C. Add Phase B to Phase A and let it stir while it’s cooling to 30°C. Add Phase C, cool to room temperature.

Procedure::
Prepare a pigment premix by blending phase C ingredients and homogenize until color is homogeneous. Mix phase A except Dow Corning 9546 Silicone Elastomer Blend and stir using moderate speed until Dow Corning BY 11-030 is completely dissolved. Add the pigment premix and stir until homogeneous. Add Dow Corning 9546 Silicone Elastomer Blend while mixing and increasing speed. Mix until homogeneous. Mix phase B ingredients together and add to phase A with mixing. Be aware that the mixture fast develops high viscosity. Continue mixing for an additional five minutes.

Application:
Designed for delicate skin around the eyes, this colorful formulation reduces fine lines, dark circles and puffiness. Apply the silky smooth gel before make-up to maintain a youthful appearance.

Procedure::
Dissolve Natrlquest E30 in deionized water. With smooth mechanical agitation, slowly blend Tauranol SCMI-85 into system. Begin heating to 50-60°C and mix until completely dispersed. Blend in sodium laureth sulfate and cocamidopropyl betaine. Cool system to 30-35°C, add DMDM hydantoin and mix until uniform. Adjust pH to 5.5-6.0 with citric acid solution as needed. Add sodium chloride incrementall as needed to achieve a viscosity of 6,000-8,000cps. Q.S. system to 100% with deionized water as needed.

Procedure::
1. Combine phase A: add Carbopol Aqua SF-1 Polymer to deionized water. Add Sulfochem ALS Surfactant and Sulfochem EA-3 Surfactant with gentle mixing.
2. Neutralize to pH 6.5 with sodium hydroxide.
3. Add phase B ingredients to the batch in order, while mixing: Stepanate AXS Chemomonic SI-7 Surfactant, Monateric CLV and Dow Corning 2-8194 microemulsion.
4. Combine phase C in a separate vessel. Mix well and add to batch while mixing.
5. Add preservative with fragrance.
6. Adjust pH with citric acid to 5.0.

APPEARANCE:
This conditioning shampoo demonstrate the pearlescent enhancement, stunning appearance and suspending propoerties provided by Carbopol Aqua SF-1 Polymer in a formula with high surfactant levels at low pH.
