Procedure:
Heat phase A to 80-85°C and stir until uniform. Heat phase B separately to 80-85°C and add to phase A while stirring. Allow the emulsion to cool while stirring in such a way that it remains in continuous motion. Avoid incorporation of air. Homogenize with a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Ultra Turrax) at approx. 55°C. Stir while cooling to 40°C and add phase C and phase D one after another. Stop stirring at 30°C.

Procedure:
Combine phase A ingredients slowly sifting in the Nylon SP-10 and ES-830; heat and stir to 70°C. Slowly add the xanthan gum and carbopol to the aqueous phase. Heat and stir phase B to 70°C. Slowly add the oil phase to the water phase wtih stirring. Homogenize through the entire cooling stage. At 40°C adjust the pH to 6.5. Add the Germall solution; cool to 35°C add the chamomile. Cool to 30°C and fill.

Prepare phase A. In a separate container, prepare phase B. Add phase A into B with fast agitation. Prepare phase C mixing until homogeneous. Add into main batch. Mix for 20 minutes. Add D. Homogenize for 3-5 minutes at 3500 rpm (Silverson L4RT).

Procedure:
Mill phase B ingredients, mix until homogenous. Mix phase A ingredients in a suitable vessel, heat to 75°C. With continuous stirring, slowly add phase B into phase C, heat batch to 75°C. This is phase B/C. Add phase A to phases B/C with stirring and continue mixing until uniform. Homogenize using an IKA ultra Turrax T25 basic homogenizer at 11,000 rpm for 30-45 seconds, while maintaining a temperature of 75°C. Cool batch to 70-60°C, add Carbopol Aqua SF-1 Polymer with stirring. Mix until uniform. Cool batch to 60-50°C, neutralize to pH of 6.8-7.0 with triethanolamine. Mix until uniform. Cool batch to <40°C, add Glydant Plus Liquid, mix until uniform.
