Procedure:
Combine phases A and B separately and heat to 95°C with mixing. Maintain tmeperatures and add B to A slowly while mixing rapidly. Make sure no water is lost during mixing, as it could affect the clarity of the gel. Add C ingredients aroudn 70°C, followed by D, mixing slowly to prevent aeration. pH 5.5 set point 55-60°C.

Present water, add Jaguar C 14 S and let it swell under stirring for about 10 minutes.Add the remaining ingredients in given order, set pH and adjust viscosity with salt.

Density in g/ml (20°C): 1,027. pH value (as is): 5.5. Viscosity: 8100mpas. (Brookfield RVT at 23°C, spindle RVT 4, 10rpm)

Procedure:
Heat phase A to 80°C and stir until uniform. Heat phase B to 80°C and add to phase A while stirring. Add phase C to phase A/B at 65°C. Homogenize with a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Ultra Turrax) at approx. 55°C. Stir while cooling to 30°C and add phase D if available. Stop stirring at 30°C.

Procedure:
Prepare water phase. Charge vessel with deionized water. Add Stepan SSL-CG. Start mixing and heating to 170°F-175°F. Prepare oil phase. In a separate container, combine Hallstar IPP, Hallstar GMS pure and cetyl alcohol. Heat to 170°F-175°F. Increase agitation of water phase and slowly add oil phase into the water phase. Emulsify for 20-25 minutes. Start cooling to 80°F. Add borage oil, vitamin A and vitamin E. Mix. Adjust pH with citric acid to 5.5-6.0, as necessary. Add preservative, color and dye, if desired.

Procedure:
Prepare phase C and heat it to 60°C. Blend phase B and heat it to 60°C. Blend in phase A to B until uniform. Blend phases A and B into C, homogenize 2500 rpm, 2 minutes. Add preservative in 30°C. Add perfume in 30°C.

Procedure:
1. Phase A: Sprinkle Carbopol Ultrez 20 Polymer on the surface of deionized water. Once polymer has wetted, begin gentle agitation.
2. Add ingredients 3-6 to phase A in order with mixing. Mix until uniform. Heat to about 65°C.
3. Phase B: In a separate mixing vessel, add phase B ingredients. Heat to about 65°C and mix until uniform.
4. When both phase A & B are at 65°C, add phase B to phase A with mixing. Mix until uniform.
5. While batch is still hot (60-65°C) add sodium hydroxide to main batch with mixing. Mix batch for 10-15 minutes or until uniform. Begin cooling batch to below 40°C.
6. When batch has cooled to <40°C, add phase D ingredients in order to main batch while mixing. Mix until uniform.
7. Add phase E ingredients one at a time to main batch. Mix until uniform.
