Procedure::
Heat phase A to 80°C while stirring. Heat part B to 80°C and add to phase A while stirring. Add phase C and homogenize intensively. Cool down the emulsion to 40°C and add phase D.

Procedure::

Procedure::
Disperse PEG-90M into propylene glycol, and then add deionized water. Mix until uniform. Set phase A aside. In a separate vessel, heat water (phase B) to 75-80°C. In a separate vessel, combine phase C ingredients and heat to 75-80°C. Add phase C to phase B with mixing. Mix until uniform. Begin cooling batch to 55-60°C. Disperse Pemulen TR-1 Polymer into Permethyl 101A. When batch (phase B/C) has cooled to <60°C, add phase D to batch. Mix until uniform. In a separate vessel, pre-mix ingredients. Add phase E to batch (phase B/C/D). Mix until uniform. Pre-neutralize batch with triethanolamine (99%). Mix until uniform. Continue cooling batch. Add phase A to batch (phase B/C/D/E). Mix until uniform. Continue cooling batch. When batch has cooled to 40°C, add phase G ingredients to batch in order. Mix well after each addition. Mix until uniform. Neutralize batch with triethanolamine (99%) to pH of 6.5 -7.0. Mix until uniform.

Procedure::
Heat phase A to 80°C. Heat phase B to 80°C and add to phase A while stirring. Allow the emulsion to cool while stirring in such a way that it remains in continual motion. Avoid incorporation of air. Stir while cooling to 45°C and add phase C. Stop stirring at 35-30°C when you observe that the viscosity increased.

Procedure::
Combine all the ingredients in the following order in a vessel while stirring and begin to heat. Continue to stir and heat until all the ingredients are completely dispersed and uniform. This should happen at a temperature of 75-80°C. Once mixture is uniform start to cool. Continue to cool the formulation, at 70-72°C pour batch into proper mold.
