Procedure::
Disperse carbomer in water, mix until uniform. Add remaining phase A ingredients, heat to 80°C. Heat phase B to 80°C. Add phase B to phase A under moderate mixing. Mix for 10 minutes. Begin cool down.  At 50°C, add phase C (batch should be ~ pH 6.5) At 40°C, add phase D ingredients one at a time. Mix until uniform. Discontinue.

Procedure::
In a suitably rated vessel, premix phase A until homogeneous and smooth, then set aside for later use. Meanwhile add phase B to main vessel, commence center-stir (prop) mixing, start heating to 85°C, and add premixed phase C. To a third vessel add phase D, start mixing, add phase E and, when dissolved, heat to 85°C, then add phase F in order. With both phases at 85°C and homogeneous, add oil phase DEF to water phase BC with stirring and stop heating. After mixing for 10 minutes, homogenize until batch reaches 55°C and then resume sweep mixing while cooling. At 50°C or lower add phase G and when smooth add phase A. When again smooth, add phase H, replace any water lost to evaporation, and mix until smooth. When at desired filling temperature, stop cooling and mixing, perform final quality assurance checks and package product.

 Appearance—Light yellow cream; pH—6.4; Viscosity (RV, T-D, 5, 20 & 100 rpm, cP)—92000, 28000 & 7320.

Procedure::
Phase A. In a suitable vessel combine ingredients in order one at a time with mixing. Mix until uniform. Add Glucamate DOE-120 thickener to batch and heat to 70-75°C. Mix until uniform. Remove heat and allow batch to slowly cool to 45°C with gentle mixing. When batch has cooled to 45°C, add ingredients 7-9 to batch in order, mix well after each addition. Mix until uniform. Adjust pH to 5.8-6.2 with citric acid (50% solution). Mix until uniform.

Appearance—Clear liquid; pH—5.8–6.2; Viscosity (mPa·s) (Brookfield DV-II+ PRO @ 20 rpm, 25°C, #4 spindle, measured after 24 hours)—4,000–6,000; Stability—Passed 3 months@45°C, 4 cycles freeze/thaw.

Procedure::
In a batch tank, mix phase A and heat to 75°C. In a separate tank, heat the first four ingredients of phase B to 55°C. Add methylparaben and raise bath to 70°C. Add phase A into phase B. Begin cooling to room temperature. Add Geogard 221 and citric acid at 50°C. Adjust viscosity by using sodium chloride. Add color and fragrance if desired.

Adjust mixing speed so that solution “turns-over.”  Add other formulation ingredients while mixing. Continue mixing for 10 minutes.

Procedure::
Melt phase A at 85-87°C. Once phase A is completely melted add phase B and homogenize for 15 minutes. Pour or scoop into packaging while still hot. Smooth out tops with spatula when solidified. Add water to a container and turn on the agitator. Add surfactants and mix until homogeneous. Add sodium chloride to adjust viscosity. Add fragrance and dye under mixing. Adjust pH with citric acid or sodium or sodium hydroxide to pH between 5.0-5.5.

Procedure::
Combine all ingredients in phase A and heat to 80°C. For phase B, disperse the Structure Zea starch and Celquat L-200 polymer into water, add the Varisoft BT 85 with mixing, and heat to 80°C. Keep mixing until all the ingredients are well dispersed. While maintaining the 80°C temperature, add phase B to phase A with good agitation. Add phase C into phase AB at 70~75°C and then homogenize the batch for at least 10 minutes. Slowly keep mixing at 500 rpm and cool to 40°C. For phase D, premix the triethyl citrate into the Hydrovance moisturizing agent until dissolved. Add all the ingredients of phase D to phase ABC. Continue mixing the batch and cool to room temperature.

Properties::
pH—6.25-6.75 Viscosity—14,000-18,000 cps (Brookfield RVDV-II+, RV 6#, 10 rpm, 25°C).
