New polyurethanes for hair and skin care applications

The new Baycusan C product line from Bayer MaterialScience includes a polyurethane powder and four solvent-free polyurethane dispersions.

The polyurethane powder, Baycusan 1005, imparts an extremely pleasant, silky skin feel. It also ensures that pigment-containing products are especially easy to distribute.

Baycusan C 1000 and Baycusan C 1004 have film-forming properties and give decorative cosmetics extraordinary water resistance.

Baycusan C 1003 is a specialty grade for peel-off mask and Baycusan C 1001 was developed for hair styling products.
