The Ultra PC portfolio of globally-compliant amino alcohols from ANGUS meets the European Cosmetic Directive (76/768/EEC) and its latest amendments, the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China Hygienic Standards for Cosmetics (2007 version) and the 2008 ASEAN Cosmetics Directives. Ultra PC may be used as a drop-in replacement for existing ANGUS products, offering customers in all regions an alternative that does not require costly formulation changes.

In addition, the Ultra PC line not only provides neutralizing efficiency, but also color stability that promotes a longer shelf life than TEA, which tends to discolor over time, according to ANGUS.
