Procedure | |
Charge water (A) into the main vessel. Begin heating the batch to 40-45°C. Add Pureact WS Conc (B) with moderate mixing. Mix until clear. Remove heat. Add Pureact LAA, Preact Gluco L, Pureact MS-CG (C). Mix until homogeneous. When the temperature is below 40°C, add the sodium benzoate (D). Add citric aci solution (CE) to adjust pH. Note viscosity can be further adjusted using increments of Preact Gluco L, adjusting the Pureact Gluco L and C ratios, reducing the pH or adding electrolyte. | |
