Procedure
Moderately mix all ingredients of phase A at room temperature and heat to 65°C. Slowly add the titanium dioxide to phase A. Continue with moderate agitation until finely dispersed. Combine ingredients of phase C; heat to 65°C. Add slowly with moderate agitation to phase A/B. Continue agitation for 30 minutes at 65°C. Continue mixing while cooling and increasing agitation. Homogenize if necessary.
