Procedure
In an appropriate vessel, add phase A and start moderate agitation. Add phase B with high agitation and mix until fully incorporated. Add phase C ingredients with mixing in between. Mix for 20 minutes. Premix phase D ingredients and add to batch. Mix until homogeneous.
