Procedure | |
Charge vessel with phase A ingredients and heat until clear (~75-80°C) while stirring. In a separate vessel, blend phase B ingredients. Pass over a tight three roll mill until particle size is less than 20 microns. Add pigment grinde to main vessel and stir until smooth and pigments are wetted. Maintain temperature at 75-80°C. Add phase C ingredients. Mix with high speed agitation until smooth and homogeneous. Allow to de-air at 75-80°C. Fill into pans. | |
