Phase B
Vitamin E acetate (BASF Corp.) (dl-alpha-tocopherol acetate)

Procedure
Heat phase A ingredients to 60°C while gently mixing. Once all waxes have melted to form a uniform solution, remove from heat and continue to mix. Add phase B ingredients to phase A. Pour mixture into appropriate container and cool to solidify.
