Procedure
Phase Au2014Disperse/hydrate Carbopol Ultrez 21 in water phase, mixing until uniform (~20 minutes). Add remaining phase A raw materials and heat to 70-80°C. Phase Bu2014Mix all phase B ingredients and heat to 85°C, mixing until homogeneous. Cool to 70-75°C. Add phase B to phase A. Cool to 60°C while mixing. Phase Cu2014Switch to sweep agitation and cool to RT. Add phase C. Phase Du2014Add phase D.
