US Patent No. 8,110,010 B2; Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, Duesseldorf, has patented an agent for coloring keratinic fibers. It is comprised of at least one particulate component having a particle core containing at least one oxidation dye precursor product and a casing surrounding the core. The casing comprises at least one encapsulation material chosen from homo- and/or copolymers of methacrylic acid and/or of methacrylic acid esters (methacrylates), and/or homo- and/or copolymers of vinyl acetate. It also contains at least one release agent.
