Procedure
In separate vessel, add components of phase A separately with mixing while heating to 70-75°C. Mix until uniform. In separate vessel, add components of phase B separately with mixing while heating to 70-75°C. Mix until uniform. Dissolve Regu-Fade in phase C at 50°C. Regu-Fade must be completely dissolved before continuing. Add phase B and phase C to phase A, mix until uniform. Homogenize for two minutes. Add phase D to mixture at temperatures below 40°C. Adjust pH to ~6.0.
