Procedure
Phase Au2014Heat water to 70°C. Under shear mixing slowly add Synthalen M. When completely dissolved, add remaining phase A ingredients. Mix until uniform. Phase Bu2014Combine phase B ingredients and heat to 70°C. When both phase A and phase B are at 70°C, add phase B to phase A. Phase Cu2014Adjust pH with phase C and continue slow sweep mix. Phase Du2014Cool batch to 45°C and add phase D ingredients individually. Do not over mix.
