L’Oréal USA: promoted Antoinette Hamilton to assistant VP-diversity. In her role, she will continue to spearhead strategic diversity initiatives that impact L’Oréal USA’s workforce, workplace and marketplace. Some of these include the company’s Excellence in Beauty Series, the Have a Beautiful Day in-store retail event for consumers who are disabled and their caregivers and the Wounded Warriors Day of Beauty. Hamilton also has responsibility for the implementation of all diversity and inclusion training modules, management of the Diversity e-learning platform and L’Oréal USA’s State of Diversity Report, which is issued twice a year. Additionally, she coordinates the company’s diversity-related philanthropic programs.
