Takasago: appointed Dr. Dulce Paredes as VP-consumer insights and market research. Before joining Takasago, she led Avon Products’ global R&D consumer sciences group, where she guided the consumer and product testing team that supported global strategy for the company’s skin care, color cosmetics, fragrance, hair care and personal care products.

Prior to her leadership role at Avon, Paredes was program manager, technology guidance research at Kraft, where she managed sensory and consumer testing for the company’s East Coast-based businesses. Before Kraft, she worked at Pepsi Cola Company as a product developer for international Pepsi brands and as a principal research specialist, conducting extensive research on sweeteners, taste and consumer understanding.
