Procedure
Add phase A ingredients in order as listed with adequate agitation. Ensure that all components are completely dissolved before adding the next. Heat Cremophor CO40 to about 45u00baC, then premix ingredients of phase B until all ingredients are completely dissolved. Add pre-mix into phase A.
