To a suitable vessel equipped with mixing, heating and cooling capabilities, add phase A and phase B and start mixing. When phase B is dissolved, add phase C. When phase C is fully hydrated, start heating to 140°F (60°C). Premix phase D and add during the heating of this water phase. In a separate vessel, combine phase E, start mixing, heat to 158°F (70°C), then add phase F in order. Mix until homogeneous, then cool this oil phase to 149°F (65°C). In another vessel, add phase G and heat to 140°F (60°C). Mix well. Add phase H, in order, to G with mixing. When homogeneous, add GH to EF with mixing. When both are homogeneous and at their designated temperatures, immediately add the oil phase (phase EFGH) to the water phase (phase ABCD) with continued mixing at a high shear for two minutes. Homogenize for 10 minutes and then resume mixing and start cooling. At 122°F (50°C) or lower, add phase I and mix well. Cool to ambient temperature and then add water as needed to bring to full batch mass. When again uniform, stop mixing, perform final quality assurance checks and package product.
