Procedure | |
Heat phase A to 75-80°C and slowly add Carbopol to water under agitation until completely hydrated and uniform. Heat phase B to ~90°C until Sylvaclear polymers are completely melted and uniform. Slowly add phase B to phase A under homogenization at ~2000 rpm for 2-3 minutes. Add phase C and continue to homogenize at ~3000 rpm. Begin to cool batch to room temperature with sweep mixing. | |
