Innospec: expanded its technical team in EMEA

Innospec: expanded its technical team in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) by appointing Dr. Tony Gough as European technical manager for its personal care division. The appointment reflects Innospec’s continued growth in the personal care sector and its commitment to further development in this strategic segment.

He will be responsible for leading Innospec’s technical customer support, and will be based at the company’s manufacturing and R&D facility at Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, UK.

According to the company, Gough brings a wealth of experience and technical expertise having worked in research and development in the personal care product industry for more than 20 years. Prior to this role, he has held management/senior management roles at ISP/Ashland, Surfachem, COSi, Alberto-Culver and Unilever Research. He is currently the vice president of the UK’s Society of Cosmetic Chemists and will become its president in May.
