Multi-Phase Personal Care Composition

US Patent No. 8,158,566 B2; P&G has patented a multiphase personal care composition with an aqueous structured surfactant phase comprising a lathering surfactant selected from anionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, cationic surfactants or mixtures thereof; a structuring system comprised of a nonionic emulsifier having an HLB from about 1.4-13 and an associative polymer comprising a hydrophilic main chain and at least one hydrophobic side chain; an electrolyte; and benefit phase comprising a hydrophobic benefit material.
