dd water from phase A into main vessel and mix with large plastic U Blade (2 1/2u201d wide), creating a vortex that pulls to the bottom of the vessel (about 400 rpm). Add Carbomer and mix for about 15-30 min. or until fully dissolved. Slowly sift in Structure Style polymer and continue to mix at a lower mixing speed (about 250 rpm) for 30-60 min. until fully dissolved. Adjust pH with TEA (target pH is 6.5+/-0.5). Product will thicken immediately. Then add in preservative and continue to mix until homogeneous. In a separate vessel, add water from phase B, and mix with a prop blade creating a moderate vortex. Add in each ingredient from phase B until fully dissolved. Then add phase B to main vessel and continue to mix at a speed of about 50 rpm with u201cUu201d blade. Mix for about 30 min. or until homogeneous. u00a0
