Compositions for Dyeing Keratin-Containing Fibers

US Patent No. 8,192,506 B2; Kelly Van Gogh, Inc., New York, has patented a composition for dyeing keratin-containing fibers. It is comprised of a colorant system comprising colorant precursors of 1,4-phenylenediamine;1,3-dihydroxybenzene; 2,4-diaminophenoxy-ethanol sulfate; 3-aminophenol; and N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl) -1,4-phenylenediamine; optionally one or more active ingredients; and optionally one or more diluents or carriers; and an activator composition. The activator composition contains one or more catalysts, and optionally one or more active ingredients; and optionally one or more diluents or carriers.
