Prolitec Inc.: appointed Shari Bjorn as a director of national sales. In her new position, Bjorn, who is based in the company’s Seattle office, will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with national and regional retailers.
Bjorn comes to Prolitec with more than 20 years of experience in the in-store entertainment industry, working with clients such as Nordstrom, Radioshack, F.Y.E., The Disney Stores, Fred Meyer Stores, J.C. Penney, and Ashley Furniture. Most recently, she was vice president, content sales at New York-based MediaPlace, a producer of in-store video (digital signage), advertising networks and branded lifestyle content for retail and hospitality companies. Prior to that, she spent more than six years as vice president, content sales for Seattle-based ScreenPlay, Inc. and Channel M, Inc., which designed and produced audio and visual imaging content solutions for in-store and online use for the retail, hospitality and business services markets.
