Bell Flavors and Fragrances: promoted Michael Natale to the position of general manager of Bell Mexico located in Guadalajara. According to the company, he will continue Bell’s competitive flavor and fragrance success in Mexico and bring Bell Mexico to the next level of accomplishments. Natale has worked at Bell for 10 years.

Katie Gutierrez will now be leading the marketing team at Bell’s headquarters in Northbrook, IL as well as coordinating and organizing the marketing teams in the US, Mexico, Canada and Brazil as a liaison between all four divisions with high priority on communication and product push to all sales groups and customers. She has worked at Bell for the past nine years in the marketing department.
