Procedure | |
In a separate vessel, add deionized water. Sift in Naviance Tapioca LM and heat to 75-80°C for a minimum of 30 minutes. For phase A, charge mixing vessel with deionized water and begin mixing. Start heating Phase A to 80°C. Slowly add Amaze XT into deionized water with moderate mixing until hydrated. Add remaining phase A ingredients while it is heating to 80°C. For phase B, combine all ingredients of phase B together in a separate mixing vessel and heat to 80°C with mixing. Once both phase A and phase B are 80°C, add phase B to phase A. Mix for 15 minutes. Cool to 40°C. For phase C, add Naviance Tapioca LM cook to phase AB and mix until homogeneous. Sift in Naviance Tapioca P LM and continue mixing until homogeneous. Cool to room temperature. | |
