Procedure
Add phase A to main vessel and start center-stir (prop) mixing. When dissolved, add phase B and mix until fully incorporated. Start heating to 85°C, and add preblended phase C. To a secondary vessel, add phase D and start mixing. Add phase E. When dissolved, heat to 85°C; then add phase F in order. With both phases at 85°C and homogeneous, add oil phase (phase DEF) to water phase (phase ABC) with stirring. Mix for 10 minutes, then start cooling and homogenize until batch reaches 55°C. Resume sweep mixing with continued cooling. At 50°C or lower, add phase G, replace any water lost to evaporation, and mix until smooth. When at desired filling temperature, stop cooling and mixing, perform final quality assurance checks and package product.
