Coast Southwest welcomed Amit Patel as innovation and applied science manager

Coast Southwest: welcomed Amit Patel as innovation and applied science manager. He is based in Grand Prairie, TX and reports to Lisa M. Jones, general manager. According to the company, the arrival of Patel will foster the expansion of Coast Southwest’s emerging scientific capabilities. He will be developing unique ingredient concepts and formulas. He will also provide technical consult to Coast Southwest’s customers, demonstrating how to use the company’s vast product portfolio.

Patel has more than 15 years of formulating and product development experience in the personal care industry. Most recently he was a research scientist and is also credited as the inventor on three US patent applications, one of which was granted this year.
