The Sun Products Corporation: tapped Scott Almquist to serve as chief customer officer, responsible for customer development for both national and retailer branded products in the US.

Almquist will be a member of the company’s executive leadership team and will be instrumental in implementing sales strategies, building relationships with key customers, and strengthening distribution to solidify Sun Products’ position as a major player in the laundry and household care category. Almquist comes to Sun Products most recently from The Zeno Corporation, a privately-held manufacturer of health and beauty products, where he was CEO and president. Prior to this, he was president, North America of The Evenflo Company, responsible for global sales and marketing.

Almquist began his career in customer business development at Procter & Gamble, where he advanced through positions of increasing responsibility over a successful 20-year career.
