An impressive 550 golfers turned out Sept. 11, 2012 for the fifth annual L’Oréal USA “Fore the Children” charity golf event. Hosted by L’Oréal USA Corporate Operations North America, based in Clark, NJ the outing took place at two area golf clubs and raised $550,000 to benefit the Children’s Specialized Hospital Foundation.

The funding will support a portion of the cost of the hospital’s new interactive patient care program called the GetWellNetwork, which engages patients in their own care using the bedside TV in the hospital and web, cable TV and mobile phone in the home.
