Procedure
Combine phase A ingredients and heat to 78-80°C with propeller mixing. Heat combined phase B to 80°C and mix until clear and uniform. Slowly add phase B to phase A with propeller mixing. Cool slowly to room temperature with mixing. Adjust pH to 5.0-5.5. using citric acid solution.
